FAQ

We use German Bruckner production lines, with widths ranging from 6m to 9m, capable of producing BOPET, BOPP, and BOPA films.

Our products are suitable for various flexible packaging applications, including food, pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, tobacco & alcohol, and electronic device packaging.

 The production capacity is up to 100 tons per day.

Finished rolls are available with 76mm (3”) or 152mm (7”) cores, with outer diameters ranging from 300mm to 1000mm.

 Packaging options include horizontal or vertical (single or multiple rolls), as well as suspended packaging.

Corona treatment is available on one or both sides, with the treated side ≥50 dyn/cm and the untreated side ≥38 dyn/cm. For single-sided treatment, the inner or outer side can be customized according to customer requirements.

The delivery time is 5-10 days for BOPET and BOPA, and approximately 15-20 days for BOPP.

BOPP: 0.015-0.1mm (commonly 0.019-0.04mm for flexible packaging)

BOPA: 0.015-0.03mm (commonly 0.015mm for flexible packaging)

BOPET: 0.012-0.1mm (commonly 0.012-0.05mm for flexible packaging)
